John and I worked New Years Eve Parties for 20 years in Edmonton. The Staff running the party, and serving the guests were so efficient and friendly, as were the Pit Bosses and Dealers. Fun Party gifts, oodles of Swag and Goodies. It's very important to get everything in writing.) But after a short visit to Executive Services, everything was seamlessly worked out, along with some bonuses for the inconvenience. (2 Decades of owning a Motel, taught us to accept Email cancellations only. We were a bit worried when we checked in and were told that someone cancelled our reservation on Dec 17th? There weren't any specific notes about the cancellation, so no one knew why it was cancelled.
